Acceptance of orders

Please place your order as soon as possible and the exact date that the order is required must be stated. Allow at least 28 days for multiple rosette, badge and sash orders and 14 days for single rosettes and other items.  This notice period relates to the date on which you’d like to receive your order, not the date of the event for which the products will be used (if the dates are different).

For orders required within shorter time periods please contact us by phone or email and we will endeavour to meet your requirements dependant on our workload. The period from March to October (inclusive) is our busiest time and therefore we are less able to accommodate late orders, particularly during June, July and August.

Late order surcharge

During the months of January, February, March, April, September, October, November and December multiple rosette, badge and sash orders required within ten working days of receipt will incur a 15% surcharge on the total cost before postage and packing charges, this rises to 20% during the months of May, June, July and August.

Substitution

Accolade Rosettes reserve the right to substitute materials, colours and/or specifications if absolutely necessary.

Payment

Payment is to be made upon receipt of invoice.

The relevant details required for payment by bank transfer or cheque will be shown on the invoice and for payment by card a secure payment link can be sent on request.

The person placing the order will be deemed responsible for payment unless written notification is received stating that a club, association or other such organisation is responsible instead.

Orders may not be dispatched before payment has been received.

Payment terms for approved account customers are net 30 days from date of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate of 5% per month.

Shortage, incorrect supply and damage in transit

If we are not informed of any discrepancies found on your order acknowledgement (invoice or receipt) then we cannot be held responsible for any consequent errors in your order.

We cannot be held responsible for any errors made as a result of mistakes made within written orders or in verbal orders.

No responsibility for shortages or errors will be accepted unless they are reported within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

Accolade Rosettes cannot accept responsibility for goods after dispatch but will take every possible precaution to ensure that they arrive at their destination on time and in perfect condition. Accolade Rosettes reserve the right to determine the most suitable method of dispatch.

Personalised items

Items with any personalisation have been made-to-order and are exempt from return and non-refundable.

General conditions

All measurements quoted are approximate and all descriptions, sizes and colours are for guidance only.

Prices stated are for individual items only unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of postage and packing charges which will be applied.

Products may carry our branding and contact details on the reverse. If you would prefer these details to be left off please inform us at the time of ordering.

No VAT is applied.

In the event of any unavoidable changes in terms and conditions or prices, advanced warning will be given wherever possible.
