You can place your order by email, post or telephone (our contact details are available here). Please ensure you have read our terms and conditions before submitting your order.

Using our order form

Complete our order form using the details found on this website and submit by email or post. If you're unsure about any details just leave the boxes blank.

By email

Simply send us an email detailing what you'd like to order. Please include the following information:

  • Your name and address
  • As much detail as possible about the products you'd like to order such as style, colours and wording
  • The exact date by which the order is required

By telephone

Contact us by telephone to discuss your order. Please note that final order details must be confirmed in writing via email or post to minimise the chance of mistakes being made.

When to order

Since all our products (except Stock Rosettes) are made to order we ask that you give us 4 weeks to complete an order. We become very busy from April to October and our work diary is often full 6 weeks in advance from June-August.


What if I don't have that long?

We always try to accomodate shorter timescales if at all possible so do still get in touch and we may be able to help although a late order surcharge may be applicable, please see our terms for details.


Top tip

To avoid problems many of our customers who have multiple events planned over the year let us know the dates in advance and their projected order types/sizes then we can enter them into the diary even before the order is confirmed. This is also applicable to those planning to place large, one-off orders during June, July or August.
